Remember our story time book It Looked Like Spilt Milk? Here is a fun, simple project inspired by the book to spark some imagination.
Gather some blue paper, a cotton ball and some glue.

Have your child gently stretch the cotton ball out to make a fluffy cloud. Glue it to the blue paper (sky).

Ask your child, “what does it look like?” Be sure to write their answer on the paper. If your child tells you a long story about their cloud, write that down too. It’s good for children to see their words on paper. They are writers!

Keep the fun going by stepping outside for a cloud hunt. Maybe you will find a spaceship or a giraffe or maybe even some spilt milk. Happy hunting!
